============================================
The Quickest And Sloppiest Guide At Playing With SingNET
============================================
Step 1.
Visit http://www.wampserver.com/en/, and download the latest version of the software.
Warning : Not compatible with Windows 98 and ME.
Step 2.
Install the thing to C: (root). It should create a folder C:\wamp.
Step 3.
Open the file called wampmanager.exe in C:\wamp.
You should notice a new icon in your taskbar (beside clock).
Warning : Vista users, you need to right click -> Run as Administrator.
Step 4.
Click on the icon (a semi-circle), and a menu should pop up.
Hover over Apache, a new submenu should pop up. Click "Install Service".
Wait a while and all the options in the Apache submenu should light up.
Step 5.
Open the menu again from the icon, hover over Config files, and let the submenu pop up.
Click on httpd.conf.
A new window should popup (text file).
Look for :
#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
Remove the # so it becomes like this :
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
Save the file!
Step 6.
Still in the Apache submenu, click "Start/Resume Service".
Wait a while and the icon will be half yellow.
Step 7.
Download the attached user.zip into C:\wamp\www.
Extract the file in such a way that :
C:\wamp\www\user\index.php
C:\wamp\www\user\v1\.htaccess
Step 8.
Click on the icon on the sidebar.
Hover over PHP settings, then hover over PHP extensions.
In the new list that popups, click on php_curl.
Wait a while, Apache will automatically restart.
Step 9.
Open your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts).
Warning : Vista users will need to open the Start Menu, right click Run as Administrator then use Notepad to open the file.
Add this line (at the very bottom as a new line) to the hosts file :
127.0.0.1 rest.outspark.net
Step 10.
Start the launcher and play.
=========
Extra Notes
=========
You must repeat Step 4 every time you restart, i.e. start the service.
========
Conclusion
========
End of guide, and if it doesn't work, feel free to reply. No guarantees.
And don't flame, if you think it's a waste of time to do so much to play Outspark, then just keep quiet.
I bet it's faster than starting over anyways.
And GMs, please continue working on a solution.
I don't have the launcher's source so I can't do much, this is just a bypass.
P.S. If you think this installation is hard work, I wrote the code in user.zip myself.

Make sure your document root is set correctly.
Click the icon -> Config files -> httpd.conf
Look for the line with DocumentRoot "x" where x can be anything.
Make sure x is C:\wamp\www.
