First Guild Annual General Meeting

we will discuss:

who will be the council and guard for each department.
These department include:
Financial department (will discuss whether should set or not)
Event department
Foreign Affairs section
Special Task Team (A.T.T)

the issue to discuss:
1. Should we implemet Monthly fees for event reward...? 1s per month...?
2. Should we form allience with other guild?(Gianyc Hospital...etc)
3. Which war should we having Guild war recently...?

After Meeting will be guild first event...

Financial Department: (still discuss whether it should be establish...?)

Responsible for gather guild fees
Manage guild money flow
*recruit someone who is reliable to be

Event Department:

Think about what event we should organize next(of course i will help to think)
Where to organize? How? When?
Responsible to make the guild channel chatting more active
reposible for forum guild event update
*recruit someone who is lively and active to be

Foreign Affairs Section:

Associate with other guild
Example, Guild Alliance, Guild War, conflict, big event... etc
responsible for forum guild war update
*recruit someone who is friendly

Special task team (S.T.T):

Well... they are general slave
they are busy
they need to help out each department(event, money collect... etc)
they are "assassin" and...
they will do the assasinate when guild war having(just kidding...)
*recruit voluntary ><

Each Deapartment head will be promote to council
Department staff will be promote to guard

All Council will have the right of vote worth 3 ppl
All Guard will have the right of vote worth 2 ppl
All member just vote with 1 ppl

All Council, Staff can choose whether thay want to donate monthly fees or not.

All decision need to approve at least admin

Big decison(ex.gw) need to approve by game master

lost you spell my name wrong orz it is zangeki not zengaki

just so you wondering why some people call me angel is becasue there is a hidden text in my name

z angel <I this is a title of a british comic orz....

i think very few people have read it before

the comic is about 26 angel came to this world and try to help a guy with his problem

then finally the guy relized that "i, myself is larger than z(the, or in this book means 26, still don't know why

maybe z is the last letter of all english letters) angels combine"

so the name of the comic means z(the) angel<(smaller than) I

thus the name zangeki was used at my character creation....(everytime i have to think so hard for a good name)
